What is Gemstone Therapy?
Crystalline Gemstone Therapy is an ancient holistic healing approach that involves the use of crystals to improve a person's physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Crystals are the bones of Mother Earth, and much like other holistic modalities, they have properties that can interact with the body's energy fields to promote healing and balance.
Crystalline Gemstone Therapists use a variety of techniques to harness the energy of gemstones and crystals. These may include, (but are not limited to,) placing gemstones on specific parts of the body, using crystals in meditation, visualization exercises, personalized crystal grids, dream therapy or placing them in specific areas of a home or business to harness their energy.

Who is the Gemstone Therapist?
Nadine is a certified Holistic Gemstone Therapist, having completed her 500 hours of training in 2021 (Northern Star College.) She holds a degree in psychology (2007), over a decade of experience working with youth in crisis and even more experience in leadership positions within the corporate sector.
In addition to her primary expertise, Nadine has pursued a diverse range of complementary healing modalities, enriching her knowledge and skillset. These areas of study include astrology, Shamanism, meditation techniques, Traditional Chinese Medicine principles; divination cards and herbology. This breadth of experience equips Nadine with a holistic understanding of healing practices and their interconnectedness.
An activist, witch, feminist, mother and wife, Nadine is also passionate about music, the night sky and deep conversations. She comes from strong blood lines of Irish/Lebanese women with black cat familiars and possesses a highly developed intuition.
In her free time, she enjoys vintage Coast to Coast AM radio shows, craft beers on patios with friends, theme parties and watching 'The Office' on repeat. Nadine is an OG ‘Office Fan,’ who would like to point out she was into it before it became “trendy.” Nadine is dedicated to building sisterhood, community and fighting injustice in all its forms.
She currently resides in Edmonton (amiskwacîwâskahikan), Alberta, Canada, which is situated on Treaty 6 territory.
In addition, Nadine is dedicated to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of their cultural background, body size, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, or personal beliefs. Her commitment to inclusivity ensures that all individuals feel valued, respected, and embraced in the shared pursuit of growth, understanding, and connection.
